Reception
Members of our reception team are the first face patients see when they enter one of our centers. They are responsible for facilitating a patient’s treatment visit to ensure they have the best possible experience. The reception assistants also handle a number of administrative, booking and reporting tasks to facilitate the proper functioning of the center.
Clinic assistant
Clinic assistants have a key role to play within the clinical team that conducts customer consultations and help in treatment and recovery rooms. They provide adequate and effective care, as determined by the patient, within the philosophy of Aragon Medical Center for minimal intervention.
Call Center
In our 24-hour call center in Barcelona, we offer a variety of support functions. Our health advisors accept booking calls and make pre-treatment consultations with patients. Customer service advisors make reservations for our clinics by balancing the patient’s needs with appointment availability and providing detailed information about our services.
Operations Manager
Operations managers are non-clinical personnel who help with the day-to-day operation of a center. They work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure that a high level of customer care is provided and business objectives are met. Responsibilities include supervising patients.
