Can I choose the method to abort for free with Social Security?
Depending on the weeks of pregnancy, you can choose between two types of abortion, one is with the abortion pill, it is known as Pharmacological Abortion and is used up to 9 weeks of gestation. Although more and more women prefer the instrumental method because it is a painless and fast method.
After 7 weeks of gestation, surgical or instrumental abortion is recommended, and despite what it may seem like from its name, you should know that it does not require any type of surgery. With sedation, you are asleep during the brief minutes that the intervention lasts and you do not notice pain.
